1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by Propelify Media ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services

Propelify Media provides digital marketing services including but not limited to:

  • Creative services (branding, photography, video production)
  • Strategic consulting and analytics
  • Digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social media marketing)
  • Business transformation and automation

The specific scope of services will be defined in individual service agreements or proposals.

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information as requested
  • Grant necessary access to platforms and accounts required for service delivery
  • Respond to communications in a timely manner
  • Make payments according to agreed terms
  • Ensure that materials provided do not infringe on third-party rights

4. Intellectual Property

Our Property

All proprietary tools, methodologies, templates, and processes developed by Propelify Media remain our intellectual property.

Deliverables

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership rights to final deliverables as specified in the service agreement. We may retain the right to display work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed.

5. Payment Terms

  • Payment terms will be specified in individual proposals or contracts
  • Late payments may incur additional fees
  • We reserve the right to pause services for overdue accounts
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information shared during the engagement. This includes business strategies, customer data, and any information marked as confidential.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid for the specific service in question
  • We do not guarantee specific results from marketing campaigns

8. Termination

Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement. Upon termination:

  • Client remains responsible for fees incurred up to termination date
  • We will provide reasonable transition assistance
  • Access to platforms and accounts will be returned to the client

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Propelify Media harmless from any claims arising from your breach of these terms or your use of our services.

10. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, Maharashtra.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
